Communication Skills Programs and Personality Development Workshops are an integral part of Dron Public School. The school had organized a ‘Personality Development Workshop’ on 23rd May 2022. The workshop commenced at 10:30 am and concluded at 12:30 pm. The students from class VIIIth to XIIth of the school attended this workshop. The workshop aimed at training the students on various aspects like ‘Volition’, the power of free will, image building, effective team work, leadership qualities, positive thinking and good communication skills. The workshop had been well-designed with personal interactions, group discussions and fun filled activities. Ms. Swarnima Verma along with Mr. Arpit Jain, Mrs. Uma Dhaka, Miss Vaani Jain, Mrs. Poonam Gautam, Mrs. Aayshi Gupta as always created a very open atmosphere with their expertise for everyone to learn so much in the most lucid ways. They focused on the need of personality development parallel to education. In this modern era. Communication skill is the need of the hour. According to time & occasion, what type of costumes we should wear, how to reduce stress in this modern hectic schedule, how to tackle with stage phobia & another fears related to study etc. all these aspects were discussed at length by them. They lauded the discipline maintained by the students present there.
Students attending the workshop extended their heartfelt thanks to the management of Dron Public School for taking the initiative to help them become better personalities and good representatives of the school. Such types of workshops play a vital role in the student’s life. It is the need of the hour to enable every child to tackle all types of challenge in his life.
