Eligibility
Academic Standing
Documents mandatory to submit along with the admission form for shortlisted candidates :
Self-attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (within three months after the birth of your child).
Recent passport size color photograph of the Child, Mother, and Father
Photocopy of Latest Assessment (for classes L.KG and U.KG).
Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of Child, Mother, and Father.

Instructions
The admission form must be submitted within the stipulated time.
This form will only be considered for shortlisted candidates.
Submitting the form later than the time provided by the office will lead to DISQUALIFICATION.
Once the admission form is submitted, no changes in the entries will be entertained thereafter.
Parents are requested to fill in the entries in accordance to the government issued documents only.
