The Last Day of School
One Day you’ll realize it’s your last day of school. You’ll take your last test. You’ll get freaked out for the last time by the emerging sound of the fire drills. You’ll realize that this is your last time ducking and covering in a high school hallway. You’ll go return the library book for the last time, stand in a line to take your pictures for the last time. Get your last report card which will determine your future, you will close your locker for the last time and then you’ll walk out those doors. Then you’ll be standing alphabetically for the last time with your friends, the people you watch grow up. Most of the people you’ll never see or hear again. Then you’ll barely remember anything about school but the only thing they will help you remember is a single picture but that will only be one time then a new life will begin.
